In the attic:

• Drill a 13/32" diameter hole through tube wall, approximately 10" -16" above ceiling joist and parallel with the joist.

• Build frame as shown in drawing.

• Mount electrical box on centerline of hole in tube. Drill 13/32" hole through 2"x 4" framing.

Inside Your Room:

• Insert the light kit assembly through the wall of the tube from the inside of the tube.

• Use at maximum a 50W bulb; replace interior dome.

• Push through frame and electrical box mounted on frame. secure with nuts and washers provided

• Black wire is connected to the hot lead, white wire is connected to the neutral, and green wire to the ground - all wiring and connections must meet electrical code in your area.
